CS Garments is not just the key player. It is our staff who drive the entire organization with whom we engage in all ways. We with our workforce associate with Nature by planting over 1 lakh trees and thereby improving afforestation and improved rains in the future. We go hand in hand during the entire process of nature to ensure being eco-friendly and responsible to save the surrounding.

Our staffs are our top priority. We make sure they are safe sound and healthy by providing them with health camps, eye check-up camps, blood camps, vaccines free drives, and so on. To help them grow even higher in career grounds, we provide a skill development training program. We call up personnel to educate staff about the importance of health open knowledge about immunity and communicable disease. We have the same process being followed in our Solar energy and Wind Mill units.
Most important of all they are open to take this training and enhance their knowledge and there by opening up new opportunities of career growth
